How long does it take?

Most orders ship in 5 to 8 business days, and I will update you if timing shifts during busy weeks.

Are these doormats washable?

No. Coir should not be washed with water or cleaning products. A simple shake or a soft brush keeps it in good shape.

Can these mats stay outside in all weather?

No. Natural coir lasts longest in a covered area. Direct rain or snow can cause the fibers to darken or swell.

How do I take care of my doormat during each season?

Shake it out weekly, keep it dry, and if it absorbs water, allow it to fully dry before using it again.
